WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IN A COLLEGE:
-Location: East of Ohio, South of Vermont, and North of South Carolina (in other words, a reasonable distance from Philadelphia)
-Proximity to a major urban center (no colleges in Maine or the middle of nowhere
)
-Relatively open curriculum (ie not locked into only taking courses for a certain major)
-Strong curriculum in Business and the Humanities (potential double major) as well as good law school placement (may take a few years off after college to get some real world experience and earn money to help pay for law school, if I end up going at all)
-Small to medium sized student body
-Minimal greek life (certainly not a school where the majority of students are members of fraternities/sororities)
-Motivated but not obsessive student body (life outside of the classroom, not studying all the time, but certainly not constant partiers)
That's about all of which I can think, for now anyway. Feel free to offer suggestions for schools as well as things I can do to improve my college resume.
