UTexas at Austin takes a high number of international students and your stats are right in their range - probably a good match for you. You might also take a look at Texas Tech and Texas A&M.
Purdue is also a good match for you. You will really need to sell your hands-on experience and patent. I'd suggest getting in touch with at least one professor in the department that most interests you via email and asking questions about the department, research, facilities, etc. In the process, of course, tie in your experience and ask how you would fit with the department. You never know, this might help personalize you enough to get your name moved up a notch with the admissions committee.
