DU has a very good business program. So does Pepperdine. I have no idea about the rest.
When checking web sites - look for information about how many students actually land internships and the types of companies where internships are available. This will give you some indication about how much "practical" experience you can get. Another thing to look at is how many employers actually recruit on the various campuses - and what types of employers recruit. If you see hundreds of companies going to a campus to recruit, that's good. If only a few dozen, not so good. You can usually find a lot about this in the career placement office section of the web site.
Finally, send an email to the head of the business program or one of the professors in the department (you can find out their emails on the web site usually) and ask how many of their classes are lectures, how many small discussions and group-oriented, how much practical stuff (i.e., class projects for actual companies) goes on in the classes, what average class sizes are, any unique programs, etc. Of course, you should also take a look at the courses they offer - but don't assume that all courses will be offered every semester. If you can, try to find an online list of which courses they're offering in the fall to get a sense of how many are really offered, how many fill up quickly, sizes of classes, etc.
I did all of this when I was applying for MBA programs and it helped quite a bit.

I have a book called the College Finder - it has a list of schools with "excellent business programs at comprehensive colleges." On the list are Denver, Pepperdine, Univ. of Richmond, Univ. of Virginia. Vanderbilt is not listed (but this may not mean anything much) - so I'd say they all are pretty good for business. Now, find out the differences I mentioned above.
