Would greatly appreciate recommendations on safety liberal arts schools given the following info:
Wanted: Relatively small size, NE location (Philadelphia and points north), near reasonably large city, generous financial aid.
Offering: 3.6 unweighted GPA (brought down by 2 C's, rest mostly A's), strong curriculum (6 AP's), 1530 SAT's, SAT II's high 600's to high 700's, good continuous EC's, regional level awards, and, most likely, very good refs. Probably NM semifinalist.

Chipper, check out Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa. It's near Baltimore and Washington.

Might also want to look at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
