The majority of Cottey College students live on campus. In 2023, 91% of undergrads at Cottey College lived in some kind of on-campus housing and 9% of students lived off-campus or commuted to Cottey College. There are 350 spots available in on-campus housing for all 311 undergraduates. In the 2022-2023 school year, 300 students chose to live in campus housing. On the weekends, about 80% students stay on-campus. First year students are allowed to park a car on campus.
